Mr. Bond has represented both Franchisors and Franchisees.
Franchisors
Mr. Bond has assisted franchisors in the registration process as well as with the preparation of the
various documents needed to comply with the NASAA UFOC guidelines. He has also prepared certain trademark filings and
drafted Franchise Agreements, Preferred Vendor Agreements, and other legal documents related to the implementation and operation
of the Franchisor's system.
Mr. Bond has litigated Franchisor/Franchisee disputes, both in arbitration and
in court.
Currently he represents Children's Orchard, Inc., a national franchisor located in Ann Arbor, Michigan
Franchisees
Mr. Bond has represented Franchisees in the review
of the UFOC and the Franchise Agreements prior to execution. He also has provided Franchisees with guidance to understand
their obligations and rights under current Franchise Agreements.
