Clients that trust their attorneys come back. Clients that do not trust their attorneys
should find new attorneys. My firm is a service provider first and foremost--in an industry that has become more about
billing and less about the client's interests.
At
my firm we are deal makers, not deal breakers. We also are of the firm belief that, generally speaking, litigation does
not gain the clients anything, it usually only makes the lawyers wealthy.
The legal profession has, for many involved,
been driven by the desire to shift responsibility from those at fault to those with money. That is not how we practice.
That is why we are selective in the cases that we take. If we believe in your case we will usually take it.
If we do not believe in your case, we will try to find you the name of someone else who might have an interest.
